ORDER CANCELLATION POLICY

At Navotee, we value flexibility and transparency. Because many of our wooden wall clocks are handcrafted or custom-engraved shortly after purchase, we have established the following policy regarding order cancellations within the United States.
1. THE CANCELLATION WINDOW
You may request to cancel your order within 24 hours of placing it, provided that the handcrafted production process has not yet started or the item has not been shipped.

In Production: If your order has already entered our workshop for crafting or engraving, it is no longer eligible for cancellation.

Already Shipped: Once a shipping label is created or the package leaves our Phoenix workshop, cancellations are unavailable.
If your order is no longer eligible for cancellation, you may still be able to return it once it arrives. Please refer to our Returns & Refunds Policy for further guidance.
2. HOW TO REQUEST A CANCELLATION
To start a cancellation request, please email us as soon as possible at [email protected] within the 24-hour window. Please include:

Your Order ID (e.g., #NV1234).

The Email Address used at checkout.

Subject Line: [URGENT] Cancellation Request – Order # (Your Order Number).
Our team will review your request and send a confirmation email if the cancellation is successful.
3. REFUND PROCESS
If your cancellation is approved:

Full Refund: We will issue a 100% refund (including any shipping fees) to your original payment method.

Processing Time: It takes 7 business days for the refund to be fully processed by our system.

Bank Posting: Please note that your bank or payment provider (Stripe/PayPal) may take an additional 3–5 business days to reflect the amount in your account.
4. AFTER 24 HOURS
Once the 24-hour window has passed, our artisans have typically already begun selecting materials and starting the production phase for your clock. At this stage, we cannot halt production. If you no longer want the item, you must wait for it to be delivered and then follow our return procedure (Note: Custom/Engraved clocks are not eligible for “Change of Mind” returns).
