RETURNS & REFUNDS POLICY

At Navotee, we take immense pride in our handcrafted wooden wall clocks. If your order isn’t quite right, we are here to help. This policy applies exclusively to all orders shipped within the United States.

1. RETURNS & REFUNDS: WHEN WE ARE AT FAULT

If your clock arrives damaged, has a manufacturing defect, or you receive the wrong item, we will fix the problem quickly. You may request a return within 30 days of delivery.

What constitutes a manufacturing defect?

  • Movement Issues: Clock hands that do not move smoothly or stop working (with a fresh battery).

  • Engraving Errors: Misspelled names or misaligned placement that differs from your order instructions.

  • Structural Flaws: Cracks in the wood face or loose movement mechanisms upon arrival.

  • Wrong Item: If you receive a walnut clock instead of oak, or a different size/design than ordered.

  • Action Required: Please contact us at [email protected] within 72 hours of delivery. You must provide your order number and clear photos/videos showing the outer box, inner packaging, and the clock’s condition.

  • Our Resolution: We cover 100% of return shipping costs for faulty items. Once inspected, you can choose a replacement or a full refund (including original shipping fees).

2. RETURNS FOR “CHANGE OF MIND”

We understand that sometimes plans change. For non-personalized items:

  • Return Window: You may request a return within 30 days of delivery.

  • Eligibility: The item must be unused, un-hung, and in its original double-box packaging.

  • Costs: For non-defective returns, the customer is responsible for return shipping costs; original shipping charges ($10.00) are non-refundable.

  • Exclusion: Custom-made clocks (engraved names, custom maps, or personalized logos) are NOT eligible for change-of-mind returns.

3. GENERAL RETURN CONDITIONS

To ensure a successful refund:

  • Condition: The product must be in its original condition (no scratches, hanging marks, or altered finishes).

  • Packaging: You must use the original double-box system (foam, corner guards, and external carton) to ensure the clock travels safely back to our workshop.

  • Restocking Fee: Items returned in less-than-original condition or without proper original packaging may be subject to a partial refund.

4. REFUND PROCESS & TIMING

  • Processing: Once we receive and inspect your return at our Phoenix facility, we will process your refund within 7 business days.

  • Method: Refunds will be issued back to your original payment method (PayPal or Stripe).

  • Bank Posting: Please note that your bank may take an additional 3–5 business days to reflect the credit in your account.

5. REFUSED OR UNDELIVERABLE PACKAGES

  • If you refuse a delivery without prior contact, it will be treated as a “Change of Mind” return. Return freight and carrier storage fees will be deducted from your refund.

  • For “Undeliverable” packages due to incorrect address details provided at checkout, the customer is responsible for reshipping fees.

6. ORDER CANCELLATIONS

You have a 24-hour window to cancel or modify your order before it enters our handcrafted production phase. Once an order has shipped, it cannot be cancelled and must be handled as a return.
