Returns & Refunds
If your clock arrives damaged, has a manufacturing defect, or you receive the wrong item, we will fix the problem quickly. You may request a return within 30 days of delivery.
What constitutes a manufacturing defect?

Movement Issues: Clock hands that do not move smoothly or stop working (with a fresh battery).

Engraving Errors: Misspelled names or misaligned placement that differs from your order instructions.

Structural Flaws: Cracks in the wood face or loose movement mechanisms upon arrival.

Wrong Item: If you receive a walnut clock instead of oak, or a different size/design than ordered.

Action Required: Please contact us at [email protected] within 72 hours of delivery. You must provide your order number and clear photos/videos showing the outer box, inner packaging, and the clock’s condition.
