At Navotee, every wooden wall clock is handcrafted, inspected, and packaged with care before leaving our Colorado Springs workshop. Because our products are made of natural solid wood and include delicate components, we use reinforced packaging and double-box protection to ensure each piece arrives in perfect condition.
1. Where We Ship
Navotee currently ships to the following regions:

North America: United States (all 50 states) and Canada.

Europe: United Kingdom, France, Germany, Spain, Italy, Belgium, Portugal.

Oceania: Australia and New Zealand.
Note: We are unable to deliver to P.O. Boxes, APO/FPO/DPO addresses, or remote territories (such as Puerto Rico, Guam, or the U.S. Virgin Islands) due to the size and specialized handling requirements of our solid-wood items.
2. Processing & Shipping Time
Processing time covers quality inspection, custom engraving, and careful packing. Transit time begins once your order leaves our facility.

Custom-made Clocks: Typically require 3–5 weeks for production depending on design complexity.

Order Cut-Off: Orders placed before 2:00 PM (MT) are processed the same business day.
3. Packaging and Handling
Every clock is individually wrapped in foam sheets and acid-free paper, then surrounded with bubble wrap and biodegradable fillers. We use a double-box system: an inner box with cushioning protected by a larger outer carton to guard against impact. All boxes are marked “Fragile” and “This Side Up.”
4. Taxes and Duties (Delivered Duty Paid – DDP)

U.S. Customers: Prices shown at checkout include applicable state taxes.

International Customers: Our shipping includes import duties, VAT, and customs fees (Delivered Duty Paid – DDP). You will not need to pay anything at delivery. If a carrier requests additional payment, please do not pay; contact us immediately at [email protected].
5. Tracking Your Order
Once your order ships, you will receive a confirmation email with a tracking link. Updates may take 24–48 hours to appear. For high-value clocks, we may require an adult signature at delivery for your protection.
6. If Something Goes Wrong

Damaged on Arrival: Please contact us within 72 hours of delivery. Include photos of the outer box, inner packaging, and the damaged area. Keep all packaging until we confirm the next steps.

Lost in Transit: If there is no movement for 10 business days, contact us. We will send a replacement or issue a full refund at your discretion.
7. Order Changes and Cancellations

24-Hour Window: Since many Navotee clocks are custom-made, please notify us within 24 hours for any changes. Once an order enters production or has shipped, modifications are unavailable.

Address Updates: If you need to update your address, contact us immediately. Re-routing fees may apply after dispatch.
