By using the Website or placing an order, you agree to these Terms, as well as our Privacy Policy, Shipping Policy, and Returns & Refunds Policy. Our store serves customers in the United States, United Kingdom, Canada, Australia, New Zealand, and Europe.
2. Use of the Website
You must be at least 18 years old to place an order. You agree to use the Website lawfully and respectfully. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account and password. We reserve the right to refuse service, terminate accounts, or cancel orders at our sole discretion.
3. Products and Accuracy
We specialize in handcrafted wooden wall clocks. While we strive for 100% accuracy, please note:

Natural Materials: Solid wood varies in color, grain, and texture. Minor size tolerances and natural surface patterns are part of the unique character of handcrafted wood products.

Care: Wooden pieces should not be exposed to direct sunlight, high humidity, or standing water for long periods.

Pricing: We reserve the right to correct any pricing errors and cancel affected orders with a full refund.
4. Ordering and Payment

Contract: A formal contract is formed only when we send a shipping confirmation email.

Payment: We accept PayPal and Stripe (Visa, Mastercard, Amex). All transactions are processed in USD.

Cancellations: You may request to cancel or modify an order within 24 hours of placement. After this window, our handcrafted production process begins, and cancellations may not be possible.

Taxes & Duties: International orders are shipped via DDP (Delivered Duty Paid) where possible. Please refer to our Shipping Policy for details.
5. Shipping and Risk
Please review our Shipping Policy. Risk of loss and title for the goods pass to you upon delivery by the carrier to the address provided. You are responsible for inspecting the package upon arrival and reporting any damage within 72 hours.

Custom Items: Clocks with personalized engravings are non-returnable unless they arrive damaged or defective.

Return Window: 30 days from delivery for eligible items.

Condition: Items must be in like-new condition and in original double-box packaging.
