To track your order, please enter your Tracking Number in the box below and press the “Track” button.

This ID was sent to the email address you provided when placing your order. You will receive an automated shipping confirmation email once your order has been handed over to the carrier (UPS, FedEx, or DHL), which will include your unique tracking link.

Important Information:

  • Update Time: Please allow 24–48 hours for tracking information to appear in the system after you receive your shipping confirmation email.

  • International Orders: For orders shipped outside the United States, tracking updates may temporarily pause while your package clears customs.

  • Handling Time: Remember that our handcrafted clocks require 1–2 business days for processing before shipment.
