We do not ship to P.O. Boxes, APO/FPO/DPO, or remote U.S. territories due to product size and handling requirements.We offer two fulfillment types:

International orders ship DDP (Delivered Duty Paid), meaning duties and VAT are already covered—no extra fees at delivery.

For change-of-mind returns, customers are responsible for the return shipping cost. Custom-made products are only refundable if the issue is due to our error.
