Navotee ships to the U.S., Canada, U.K., Europe (FR, DE, ES, IT, BE, PT), and Australia.
We do not ship to P.O. Boxes, APO/FPO/DPO, or remote U.S. territories due to product size and handling requirements.We offer two fulfillment types:

All orders include tracking, and some high-value pieces may require an adult signature. Carriers include UPS, FedEx, USPS, and DHL Express for international deliveries. Packaging uses a double-box system with foam and protective materials to ensure safe arrival.U.S. taxes are included where applicable. International orders ship DDP (Delivered Duty Paid), meaning duties and VAT are already covered—no extra fees at delivery.

If an item arrives damaged, defective, or not what you ordered, Navotee will cover return shipping and provide a replacement or refund.
For change-of-mind returns, customers are responsible for the return shipping cost. Custom-made products are only refundable if the issue is due to our error.
