Navotee Shipping Policy
Every wooden wall clock is handcrafted, inspected, and packaged with care before leaving our Colorado Springs workshop. Because our products are made of natural solid wood and include delicate components, we use reinforced packaging and double-box protection to ensure each piece arrives in perfect condition.
Where We Ship
Navotee currently ships to the following regions:

We’re unable to deliver to P.O. Boxes, APO/FPO/DPO addresses, or remote territories such as Puerto Rico, Guam, or the U.S. Virgin Islands due to the size and handling requirements of solid-wood items.
Carriers and Service Levels
Depending on destination, package weight, and delivery speed, Navotee partners with:

Each order is tracked end-to-end. For high-value clocks, we may require an adult signature at delivery for your protection.
Processing time covers quality inspection, engraving, and careful packing before carrier pickup. Transit time begins once your order leaves our facility. Business days refer to Monday–Friday, excluding U.S. public holidays.

Ready-to-ship clocks usually leave our workshop within 1–2 business days.

Custom-made clocks typically require 3–5 weeks depending on design complexity and engraving.
If your order includes both ready and custom items, they may ship together or separately, your confirmation email will specify which method applies.
Packaging and Handling
Every clock is individually wrapped in foam sheets and acid-free paper, then surrounded with bubble wrap and biodegradable fillers. We use a double-box system, an inner box with cushioning, protected by a larger outer carton to guard against impact or vibration. All boxes are marked “Fragile” and “This Side Up.” Navotee covers part of the actual freight cost, so you receive professional-grade packaging and reliable service at a fair rate.
Taxes and Duties
For U.S. customers, all prices shown at checkout include applicable state taxes where required. For international customers, prices shown include import duties, VAT, and customs fees (Delivered Duty Paid – DDP). You will not need to pay anything at delivery. If a carrier requests additional payment, please do not pay, contact us immediately via email [email protected], and we will resolve it on your behalf.
Tracking Your Order
As soon as your order ships, you’ll receive a confirmation email with a tracking link. Tracking updates may take up to 24–48 hours to appear after the carrier picks up your package. For international shipments, tracking may temporarily pause while your order clears customs. If there’s no update for more than 5 business days, please reach out to us and we’ll check with the carrier.
If Something Goes Wrong
If your order arrives damaged, please contact us within 72 hours of delivery. Include your order number, photos of the outer box, inner packaging, and damaged area, so our team can help right away. Keep all packaging until we confirm the next steps. For minor cosmetic issues, we may send a replacement part or touch-up kit promptly.
If your order appears lost in transit (no tracking movement for 10 business days or not delivered within 14 business days), contact us. Once confirmed by the carrier, we’ll send a replacement or issue a full refund, your choice.
Order Changes and Cancellations
You may cancel or modify an order before it enters production or ships. Since many Navotee clocks are custom made, we begin crafting shortly after purchase, so please notify us within 24 hours if you need changes. Once an order has shipped, cancellations are unavailable.
If you need to update your shipping address, contact us immediately. After dispatch, carriers may charge a re-route fee and delivery could be delayed.
